Return & Refund Policy

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

Here at LoveOilpainting, we don’t believe in "good enough". We will always make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the eligible items within 30 days upon the receipt of the order to get a FULL refund. 

We offer complimentary exchange for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message which includes your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. Let us deal with courier companies. And then we will ship out the replacement just in a few days.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer every customer a 30-day no risk money back guarantee on your order. We will arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork you purchase from us, you only need to pay the freight for the return. 

(Please note, if there is a return tariff, it's also borned by the buyer).

Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:

  • It has to be less than 30 days since you have received the artwork
  • The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging
  • Please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund
  • It is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks

For artworks that arrived in damaged, we would ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with our particular shipment.

*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please note: you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfill it.

REFUNDS  

Once we receive the returned items, it will take around 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal and Shop-Pay account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to be returned to your PayPal or Shop-Pay account.
For credit card refunds, it will take 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
