How long does the delivery take?

Shipping time: Generally 3-7 days by FedEx/DHL.
Production time: 5-10 working days to be hand-painted by professional artists. The work you ordered was created by the artist of the original painting.

In the process of creating painting, We'll show you photos and videos with the painting you ordered. You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And we are able to make all the necessary changes if need. Only when you are completely satisfied with your painting, We will express it to you.

How are the artworks packaged?

Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube, Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Usually we deliver worldwide. However, the courier can't be delivered to remote areas/districts, please contact the customer service for more information.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! Love Oilpainting insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!

International taxes & duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs if necessary.
